Reports

Description in operation is used in the work instruction report and describes the operation in more detail.

Note summary is used in the Action report and is used for things that need to be followed up.

A note has a status, priority, type, responsible, version and a due date and if the type is “Problem” or “Suggestion”, the icon has a decoration in the method tree.

Reports - What is printed?

In the work instruction report, operation description and pictures from operations are printed.

In the action report, Note summary from workstation, task and operation is printed. No pictures.

In the detailed action report, Note summary and note descriptions from workstation, task and operation are printed. No pictures.

In the task instruction report, task note summary and task note description are printed. No pictures.

In the detailed task instruction report, task description and task pictures are printed.

In the Standard Operation sheet, task description and task pictures are printed. Picture linked in workstation is printed and is labelled “Map of working area”.

If you have a customized report, it will be according to specification.

To see exactly what goes where, download and open the following AVIX file, which have all fields filed out with the name of the field, and the pictures are screenshots of where the pictures are located in AVIX.

Then print a report and you will see from where all the data is coming.
First familiarize yourself with the AVIX file and how the fields are named.
