System requirements

Below figures are valid for a company with approx 50-100 users, having a quite large amount of data.

CPU: 8 core 2 GHz processor
RAM: 32 GB

Disk space (AVIX Server): see table below

    Optional. Refers to disk space required for DBMS (e.g. MS SQL Server, PostgreSQLPostgreSQL). etc: approx 40 GB excluding binary objects. Binary files can, depending on use become very large.

    Note that the DBMS server may run on a separate machine. 

     

    DBMS (local H2 db)

    0-10 GB

    Optional. AVIX Server has built-in H2 Database engine that may be used.

    AVIX Server is designed to work with a wide range of DB management servers. At the time of writing, support for MS SQL 2019 and PostgreSQL 12+ are verified.
