GUIDE4 - Configuration for time studies

WHEN TO USE; doing time studies using SAM, stopwatch, custom time analysis or ABCD.

Note; settings on this page require an automatic role to be in place, allowing only read access to all attributes.

Time study on tasks - In order to do an MTM-based AVIX (sometimes called ABCD operation) analysis on a local task,analysis, following settingsassets need to be in place:

In order to work with another time estimation method, simply replace the "Operation" asset with "SAM Analysis", "Stopwatch Analysis" or "Custom Time Analysis" assets.

 

To also allow analysis on library tasks, add Read access to "Process Folder" and "Task". 

Time study on Parts - In order toAnd do anthe ABCDsame analyze an assembly usage (BOM) part, following settings need to be in place:
