GUIDE! - Create folder at root level

WHEN TO USE; user should be able to create a folder (or factory object) at root level. But not allowed to assign ownership to top level organization:

A scenario where the user should be able to create a Product folder at root level in the editor, i.e. not placing the folder within another folder. But the user should only be able to assign the folder to a lower level organization, need to look like following.

STEP 1: Create a role that allow creation of folder. (In this case Product, Process, Variant and Tool folder)

STEP 2: Create a role that allow creation and editing of folder and part. As well as assigning organizational belonging.

STEP 3: Assign role "0." to the top level organization. This enable user to create a role at root level. Assign role "1." to the lower level organization. This enable user to assign organization to the folder, and work with parts at the sublevel.
